CTI Alumni Association, Computer Science Society (CSS) and Graduate Student Association (GSA) have banded together to provide a wider network of opportunities.
These three organizations make up the umbrella that serves the CTI family from freshmen through to the most senior alumni, says Anne Morley, assistant dean. As the names indicate, the CTI Alumni Association serves alumni and GSA assists graduate students. CSS is an organization for undergraduate CTI students.
“Because we are three separate groups, we need to work with each other, and of course, with the School of CTI to make sure that we are giving our members every opportunity we can. The way we work together is the basis of Triad,” says Jeff Campen, CSS president.
Through Triad, leaders of the three organizations will have a formal way through which they can brainstorm on ideas for events and ways to better serve their members. “By working together, we can make sure that every member of each one of these audiences knows what is happening in the university.”
