The structure of the prerequisite phase has changed effective Fall 2004-05. Certain courses are being renamed and renumbered or replaced by other courses. If you have completed the prerequisite phase for your program, then you need not be concerned with these changes. If you have not yet completed the prerequisite phase for your program, you can stay with your current program requirements or switch to the 2004-05 requirements. If you choose to stay with your current program requirements, you will need to substitute new courses for certain requirements. In addition, some new alternatives are available. CSC 343 can be taken during the summer quarters in 2004. The new Information Security trackThere is a new Information Security track in the 2004-05 curriculum. Students in the prerequisite phase wishing to take that track should follow the transition plan for the M.S. in Information Systems and also take CSC 390. |
