DC 462 Directing Workshop

Emphasis on directing actors, with production skills such as camera, lighting, editing and sound used in service of the performance. Topics convered include objectives, beats, script analysis, casting, rehearsal, and actor/director relationships. Students will cast working actors or actors from the Theatre School, in short films from adapted screenplays, and produce sample reel material for both actors and directors. PREREQUISITE(S): DC 461
