Course Description
A practical survey of computer and information technology law arising in a high tech environment. Topics covered include: employment contracts, civil and criminal law, fraud and abuse, contracts, e-commerce, intellectual property, privacy, security, harmful communications, constitutional and First Amendment issues, and internal law and trade.
