IT Career Forum 2007 On April 13, the third annual IT Career Forum was organized by the representatives of ECT, HCI and IS faculty. We had 130 students registered for the event, and the employers participated include: Abbott Labs, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CDW, City of Chicago, DePaul IS, Hubbard One, IBM, Mosaic, Motorola, Northern Trust, Quantitative Risk Management, and Risetime. According to the article, systems analyst is “among the most offshore-resistant computer-related careers,” with the median salary of $66,443.
